Music Workshop – Mustjala Madal & Kihnu Tango

In the music workshop we invite you to learn and play along the music for dances that are taught in parallel in the dance workshop. We will leave out the music for Matlott, because the world famous Sailor’s Hornpipe is played for this and one can find plenty of materials (even in YouTube) of the melodies that are not very different from the Estonian version. We will look closer at Mustjala Madal after Jaan Piht, bagpiper from Saaremaa and Tango from Kihnu island.
