Since what year have you been participating in Sabatants or been involved in the organizing?
I don’t exactly remember – it might have been 2018 or 2019.
What is your favorite dance?
Polkamasurka!
Whose performance or which workshop are you most looking forward to at the festival this year?
I’m really looking forward to the dances from Vormsi and the fresh energy of all the young people from Tartu. From abroad – my dear Breton teachers. I know how good they are!
What is your most memorable moment from Sabatants?
In 2018, I stayed at the festival until the early hours of the last day for the first time. I went straight to the sauna afterwards, it was around 7 in the morning. I remember the joy-sadness-fatigue-absurdity of that morning. I think I was in a slight shock from everything I experienced. About the performers: the Gascon duo Bibonne-Raibaud, which slowly started drawing me towards France. Norwegian dances and a Hardanger fiddler from Stavanger.
